As action figure collectors, we’re into small, plastic playthings – but for a lot of collectors I know, the love of toys began with a love of the characters. So when I came across the My Paper Heroes site, I was instantly taken in – here’s a collector who has created Marvel characters using color printouts and tape! The initial set of figures are mostly X-Men-related, and luckily for me these are some of my favorite characters.
The coolest thing about it is that the site also provides PDF downloads for each of the designs so you can make your own paper heroes. I can’t wait to give it a shot.
