I really like how the Halo figures from McFarlane look and pose, and if they had been in either the 6-inch or 3.75-inch scale I probably would have bought a lot more than the couple that I have. But alas, these are in an odd 5-inch scale that allows a tremendous amount of detail but with a lot less cost.
Series 6 comes with Medals from Halo 3 and should be hitting stores this month. Also due this month, the Mongoose with Spartan set. I may not be able to resist picking up that set.

I just bought my first Halo figure (actually 2). It was the Red vs. Blue two pack. Now the thing is, I do not have an Xbox, I do not have Halo, and I have never actually seen Halo being played. So, I have a toy from a video game I know nearly nothing about… does that mean I am addicted to plastic? The figures do look nice, and although the size is off to fit in with other figures, they seem to be really well made, though I cannot speak of the accuracy of the figures. I am looking forward to the quad-bike soon as well.
