And we’re back with DC Universe Classics Wave 14 and the newest addition to team Metal Men, Gold! Besides being an excellent conductor and the leader of the Metal Men, Gold is easily the shiniest figure in DCUC 14.
Gold’s simulated gold finish is very well done, it’s super clean and glows like, well, gold.
Like his teammate Iron from DCUC 12, Gold is equipped with actual metal fists and 2 attachments, a circular saw and pick axe. They make perfect sense too because gold is such a soft, malleable… hey, wait a minute?! Okay so they’re not so practical but they do make a nice lead in for a nit pick – the circular saw doesn’t hang onto his fist very well. The pick axe does though.

My Gold’s attachments both stay on really good, but putting them on left small indentations in both fists. I guess Gold really is soft!
