In a very cool move, 3A Toys is going to be donating all proceeds from its sale of the WWRp Japan Defence Force Armstrong to a charity supporting the relief efforts for the Japanese earthquake and tsunami. The JDF Armstrong goes on sale at 9PM EST today, for the time-zone challenged out there.

Onsale only at bambalandstore.com, for $55 usd, shipping is included in that price. Every $ made goes to a Japan quake relief charity ! there is a limit on how many we can make, so once they are gone, they.. gone ! threeA Toys San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive Night Watch Heavy Bramble and Popbot Sneak Peak

A few days ago we shared 3A’s sneak peek at the WWRp Day Watch Heavy Bramble – as we suspected, that will be just one of the San Diego Comic-Con exclusives offered by 3A.

While I was wholly expecting a Night Watch Heavy to accompany it’s much whiter counterpart, I am absolutely delighted that the Ascended Pop Bot (and its Kitty) will make its way into 1/12 scale. Half of this drop will be offered online, and the other half at SDCC – although these two won’t be handled by IDW, so we’ll have to see how to get them. Can’t wait!

threeA Toys and IDW San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive Day Watch Heavy Bramble Sneak Peak

The folks at 3A Toys had been saying for a while that they’d have some exclusives for San Diego Comic-Con, and they’ve revealed the first, with IDW, the folks they partnered with for the first WWRp Bramble. That Bramble was also an exclusive at SDCC, a couple of years back.

In their blog post, they reference the NW (Night Watch) colorway, but the pic is clearly labeled Day Watch and shows that colorway. But you can’t really have one without the other, right?

IDW will be selling these at SDCC etc, 3A doesnt know what their selling practices are for SDCC, so email Ted Adams ( or tweet him, his favorite way to be poked ) and ask him!

The image has NW HEavy Bramble nekkid not sporting his tough guy pouches etc. We will have two 3A exclusive toys that will be available online and the show ( limited amounts for both etc ) more on them soon !

threeA Toys 2000 A.D. Mongrol On Sale 2/27

The first of a series of seven A.B.C warriors, Mongrol goes onsale this Monday. 250usd which includes worldwide shipping from Bambalandstore.com or from your local classy toy retailer.

2000 A.D. fans, your next installment, the humongous Mongrol from ABC Warriors, goes on sale this Sunday. It’ll be Monday morning in Hong Kong, but for the time zone challenged that’s actually Sunday 2/27 at 8PM EST. Mongrol will have a black variant that will only be available with the drop on bambalandstore.com.

3A has revealed that more 2000 A.D. is coming – Hammerstein will be next, and Dredd is also in the works. If you missed Tharg earlier, he’ll be getting re-released too, and is being called a 2.0 version.

I’ll enjoy pics of these when they come out – no sale date revealed yet for the Tomorrow Queen – but I still have been able to resist jumping onto the 1/6 3A bandwagon.

And for those of you who are 1/12 WWRp fans, great news – Ash has been posting on the 3A forums that a DIY / Gebi de Plume 2-pack will be dropped soon, and a 3AA-exclusive 3-pack including a WWRp Dropcloth will be part of that drop!  Could be as early as the end of this month. Wow!
