ThreeA Toys World War Robot Motion Ad Contest Entry

A few weeks ago over on the 3A Toy Forums, a contest was announced to challenge members to create a 3A Motion Ad in the tyle of old 80’s commercials, with the prize of one of every 3A release for the next year. Well here is my entry, enjoy!

threeA Toys WWRp Noir de Plume and Action Portable Tomorrow King Carded Pics

From Gimbat’s 3A latest daily news and updates thread, here’s some pics of the next 1/12 figures from 3A – the WWRp Noir de Plume and the Action Portable Tomorrow Kings and the humongous giant severed robot heads that come with them.

I haven’t been able to resist any of 3A’s 1/12 offerings, so I am hoping to have these on my shelves soon.

Action !

Full Action Portable TK set photo made me scream like a little girl. And the first one on the photo is WWRp Noir de Plume, so probably this mean they (Noirs) are about to ship out soon. To remind you that it’s almost impossible to get the full set of 1/12th scale TKs, it was limited to one per person and you will get one random color TK with the matching bot head.

Custom 1/12 Scale WWRp Motorcycle

With the sale several months ago of WWRp Noir De Plume, I felt when he arrived he would need a good display companion in the shape of a vehicle to his scale. I stumbled across a 1/12 scale WW2 looking motorcycle kit by Testors and knew it was destiny.

Happy Thanksgiving! AFP’s Thanksgiving Action Figure Picks

While the guys have many other things for which to be thankful, for our Thanksgiving post I asked them to share some thoughts on a figure or set of figures that come to mind. We’ll start with Sandman, who decided he would go big or go home.

My Thanksgiving action figure pick is the Big G himself, Hasbro’s Marvel Masterworks Galactus! Why am I thankful for getting this figure? Well, it is quite rare these days that we get a 19-inch, fully articulated, nicely sculpted, giant action figure like Galactus. Just look at the heights of the DC Universe Classics Collect and Connect figures and even Tytus of the Masters of the Universe Classics line, they don’t even come close to his height. His retail price of $50, in my opinion, is fairly reasonable. He looks great with my Marvel Legends AND  he looks even better with my Marvel Universe figures! I look forward to being thankful to Hasbro for some Sentinels next year and hopefully some nice lookin’ Marvel Legends in 2012!
