DC Collectibles Arkham Knight in Stock at Gamestop including Red Hood Exclusive

DC Collectibles Arkham Knight with Gamestop exclusive Red Hood

Batman: Arkham Knight is out today, and by most accounts is amazing on the Xbox One and Playstation 4 and horribly crippled by a subpar port on the PC. But that doesn’t matter to us, right? We want the action figures for the latest (and perhaps last) Arkham game from Rocksteady.

Well, we’re in luck. The Batman: Arkham Knight figures by DC Collectibles are available now, including the exclusive Red Hood figure, at Gamestop. The figures are:

SDCC 2015: Funko Exclusives Reveals Week 1 of 3

SDCC 2015 Funko Exclusives Reveals Week 1 of 3

I never realized just how many exclusives Funko produces each year for San Diego Comic-Con. They’re revealing them in batches, and we’ve collected the first week’s announcements here. They span their Dorbz, Hikari, Pop, ReAction, and Vinyl Idolz product lines, and covers their DC, Marvel, Disney, Hanna Barbera, Ghostbusters, Breaking Bad, and Dragonball Z licenses… just to name a few!

Unlike previous years, Funko is not offering the option to pre-order.

We should have two more updates with more Funko exclusives before the big show.

Warner Bros. Reveals Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Batmobile and Big Three Costumes

Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice Batmobile and Costumes

We’d previously seen glimpses of the Dawn of Justice Batmobile and costumes for Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman when the LA Clippers’ DeAndre Johnson visited the Batman Exhibit at the Warner Bros. VIP Studio Tour Hollywood. Now we’re getting a closer look as Warner Bros. begins its hype-building machine at the Licensing Expo this week in Las Vegas.

They’ve sent us some nice high res shots of the Batmobile, including its interior, as well as the costumes – I imagine they’ll look brighter and more vibrant in these pics than they will in the final movie, due out March next year, if WB uses the same color processing they did for Man of Steel. I’m guessing we’ll be seeing the Batmobile and these costumes again next month, at San Diego Comic-Con. If so, we’ll get more pics then. Stay tuned!

SDCC 2015 (and WebSwipe): DC Collectibles Announces Two Exclusives – USAToday.com

BlueLine Edition Batman and Krypto Plush will be available at SDCC

DC Collectibles SDCC 2015 exclusives - Jim Lee Blue Line Batman and Krypto Plush

DC Collectibles announced two exclusives for San Diego Comic-Con via USA Today. For action figure fans, Jim Lee debuted a “BlueLine Edition” Batman, which he designed with a unique pencil deco. There will be two versions of the figure. The standard version ($40) will come with a Jim Lee Batman print on blueline paper. The limited version will be a run of 150 pieces and will feature a signed unique sketch from Lee. There’ll be fifty each of Batman, Harley Quinn, and the Joker – those will run you $300 each at the show and will likely go Bat-sh*t crazy in the after-market.

The second exclusive is a much more budget-friendly plush Krypto, for $9.99. Krypto is part of the 6-inch DC Super Pets plush line, which also includes Dex-Starr, Hoppy, and Streaky. I’m disappointed there’s no Ace the Bat-Hound yet.
