Hot Toys Inglourious Basterds Aldo Raine Teaser Pic

I am wondering if Hot Toys will include multiple head sculpts for Aldo Raine from Inglourious Basterds – I think the likeness is there on the one pictured, but there’s the opportunity for a more iconic expression from the movie.

The 67th Annual Golden Globes results are just announced! Have your favorite films been awarded?

Congratulations for the Inglourious Basterds movie which enters the Top 5 of the Best Motion Picture – Drama, Best Director – Motion Picture and Best Screenplay – Motion Picture. Last but not least, Christoph Waltz is awarded winner of the Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture.

In AFP’s Border Patrol, we scour active eBay auctions for customized action figure that you won’t want to let slip by!

These 1/6 custom figures of Blondie and Angel Eyes are built on Hot Toys bodies and feature the likenesses of Clint Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef and hand-made accessories to complete their outfits in detail. I am still waiting for the Tuco / Eli Wallach to be listed, but he looks awesome too. There’s lots of pictures in the eBay listings.

Hot Toys Announces Terminator 2 T800 and Extra Head for 300’s Leonidas

Looks like Santa wasn’t the only toy maker busy on Christmas Eve.  Hot Toys made two announcements –  I’m going nuts over the T800 from Terminator 2, but am still not feeling the Leonidas head sculpt, even on the new extra head for him.

Hot Toys Batman DX Special Features Videos

The Hot Toys Batman DX is now available in the Hong Kong market, and to support his release Hot Toys has updated their YouTube channel with videos that demonstrate the special features of the figure, including PERS (the Parallel Eyeball Rolling System), the light up feature for the sonar eyes, the interchangeable faces, and the transformable gun.

I’m not clear when this figure will actually be released – my pre-order still says 2Q 2010, but have heard some rumblings that it will be out sooner.
