Hasbro Marvel Legends 2013 Wave 2 Pre-Orders Are Up

Pre-orders for the next wave of Marvel Legends are popping up. I saw cases of Hasbro Marvel Legends 2013 Wave 2 on Entertainment Earth and BigBadToyStore. BBTS also has sets of five. The case packouts are listed with eight figures as follows: Scarlet Spider (2), Wrecker, Hawkeye, Black Panther, Jean Grey, with Ultimate Captain America and Punisher re-releases. The sets of five feature one each of just the new characters.

One oddity that I’ve sent a question about to the Hasbro PR team – no mention of the Rocket Raccoon mini-Build-a-Figure. And since I was writing them anyways, I also asked if the running change variants (Deadpool, Dr. Doom, Dani Moonstar, Iron Fist, and Sentry) from the previous waves were still coming. Not cause to worry about an MIA Rocket Raccoon yet – I don’t think the verbiage for previous waves mentioned him – but BBTS did show the Hit Monkey parts in the product pictures.

Save $5 on Hasbro Iron Man Figures at Amazon.com

When I ordered Iron Man Legends Wave 2 at Amazon last week (sorry, sold out for now), I was wondering what the promotion was that gave me a $5 discount – turns out that Amazon is running a Spend $25 and Save $5 deal just for Hasbro Iron Man toys. A lot of the Iron Man 3 prize pack that we had up as a Free Stuff Giveaway last week is up there, like the Marvel Iron Man 3 Motorized Arc FX Gauntlet and the Marvel Iron Man 3 ARC FX Mission Mask, and there’s also a bunch of figures for sale. Probably of most interest is Iron Man Legends wave 1, if you are still looking for those. They’ve got all three figures, including the shortpack:

Iron Man Legends Wave 2 Available on Amazon

The second wave of Iron Man Legends is now available on Amazon.com – it was a little hard to find, but aptly designated search for “Iron Monger build a figure” will bring up the three figures in IML2 needed to complete the Iron Monger build-a-figure. All three figures are available directly from Amazon for $16.99 and are eligible for Prime shipping.

Update: The much-maligned Ultron is ~~no longer available directly from Amazon, but you can still pick him up for a few bucks more~~ sold out.

Update 2: The figures sold by Amazon qualify for a promotion – you’ll get a discount applied automatically if you buy 2 or more of them when you place your order.
