Marvel Universe 2011 Wave 1 Retailer Pics
Apparently the first wave of Marvel Universe that’s slated for 2011 has started hitting at some Toys R Us locations. (Edit: Looks like I misread some Marvel sightings reports – this wave hasn’t been found at retail yet.)
If you prefer a sure thing like I do, you can pre-order a set, which includes Captain Marvel, Doc Samson, Iron Man, Planet Hulk, Spider-Man 2099, and Spider Woman, at some online retailers, like AFP sponsor Big Bad Toy Store.

Marvel Universe Wave 11 Quick Pics
Elmeaux at the Fwoosh shared some great high res pics of Marvel Universe wave 11. Wave 11 consists of Constrictor, Dark Hawkeye, Iron Man 2020, Thanos, and YellowJacket. For example, Dark Hawkeye helps round out this team of Dark Avengers.

About a week and a half ago, gunbuster718 shared some pics he took of his set of Marvel Legends Fan’s Choice Winner 2-packs – Black Widow / Winter Soldier, Deadpool / Warpath, and Valkyrie / Hulk. New York Comic Con 2010 – Hasbro Marvel Universe Giant-Size X-Men Set
Silly me! When I first posted our NYCC Marvel Universe coverage, and even after I posted updated pictures after Hasbro’s Saturday reveals, I didn’t notice the Giant-Size X-Men package tucked away into the back of the display case. But it’s there, and I talked to the Hasbro folks about it on Sunday.
