I’m Getting My Breaking Bad Fix from Mezco at NYCC

I know everyone and their mothers have already seen the Breaking Bad series finale, but I’m just starting it on Netflix. And I just got to the episode that features Walter White in the green lab suit. This exclusive is already pre-sold out on the Mezco site, but I’ll try to pick one up at NYCC later this week.

Mezco presents Breaking Bad Walter White Green Hazmat Suit Edition, this much anticipated figure features Walter in his green suit as seen in the episode A No Rough Stuff Type Deal.

He comes complete with a fifty-five gallon chemical drum (not shown) and a trio of lab bottles.

The whole set is discreetly packaged in a collector-friendly window box package.

This Mezco Summer Exclusive is a Limited Edition of 500 pieces.

ThreeA Toys NYCC Exclusive AURORAL, TF2 Robot Heavy Pre-Order Tonight

At first, 3A Toys was skipping New York Comic Con this year. Thanks to Legionnaire Dolly aka chillywilly153, the 3A Legion procured a booth at the Con. 3A then obliged by prepping an Isobelle Pascha variant as a con exclusive. I love the superhero nod – it’s got a Power Girl vibe to it, despite 3A having a Marvel license but not a DC Comics one. I’m sure this will be extremely difficult to get.

Four Horsemen Announce New York Comic Con Exclusive Outer Space Men

Four Horsemen Beta Phase White Star Outer Space Men NYCC 2013 Exclusive

It wouldn’t be New York Comic Con without a Four Horsemen exclusive – and this time it’s a white and translucent blue deco for the Beta Phase / White Star edition of the Outer Space Men.

With sets of three figures for $35 and individual figures at $11 or $16 (depending on size), the Four Horsemen are testing the waters for lower price points. I wonder if that also means these will be made in higher quantities than the 200 sets of 8 White Star edition figures that ActionFigureXpress had available for San Diego Comic-Con this year – but they’ve said limited quantities for both the show and after, when they sell them on StoreHorsemen.

Become an Agent of SHIELD with this New York Comic Con Exclusive Badge and ID Card

SHIELD Badge & ID Badge

Although I fancy myself more of a HYDRA type guy, I may pick up one of these NYCC exclusive SHIELD badges just in case I need to bluff my way onto the Helicarrier. You can pre-order the Phil Coulson SHIELD badge (made of metal and molded from the ones used on the upcoming TV series)  and ID card from EFX Collectibles and pick it up at NYCC. Or, if you aren’t going, they’ll ship it to you.

But for those going to the show, you can get a bonus – a personalized SHIELD ID card with your picture and vitals. The exclusive is $50 (whether you get the personalized ID or not) and is limited to 1,500 pieces. Pre-orders opened yesterday, so be sure to get your order in soon, if you want to be an Agent of SHIELD.

Power-Con 2013: Mattel’s Official Masters of the Universe Classics Update

Castle_PowerConReveals01 PowerConReveals_09

Mattel posted their reveals for Masters of the Universe Classics. One update from our earlier post – while Club Eternia is indeed opening up for more subscribers, it’s only for a few days (not months, as we saw reported elsewhere). Club Eternia will be available again between 9/20 and 9/24.

They provided some nice shots of Castle Grayskull, Blade, Scorpia, and Battle Lion. For the mystery accessory, which we know to be Extendar’s shield, it was the same question mark image that they used for the Unnamed One. More on Extendar will be shared at New York Comic Con in a few weeks.
